Cancellation: You can have the right to cancel and withdraw from your booking within 2 weeks of your reservation. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which must be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice). RSGB EVENTS may though at its own discretion accept cancellation of your booking at any time up to four weeks before the event (this is subject to a small handling fee - details on request). Bookings cancelled within four weeks of the event are unfortunately not refundable. RSGB EVENTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its own discretion. In the unlikely event this occurs a full refund will be given. Please note that any charges relating to credit cards that have already been processed are unfortunately not refundable (see below).

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, RSGB EVENTS will make a full refund of monies paid less any credit card commision charged. RSGB EVENTS will however not accept any liability for any consequential losses incurred by its clients as a result of any cancellation. RSGB EVENTS encourages it's clients to take advantage of suitable travel insurance to cover this and other potential issues surrounding the event.

PayPal: This site uses PayPal for the ease and security of its customers. These payments are taken immediately. Please note that these charges will appear on your card statement as NICE Ltd not the RSGB.

Special Requirements: If you have any special requirements or needs regarding your booking you must contact us (at any of the addresses above) detailing these. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate your booking and cancellation with a 100% loss of any monies paid by you. All special requests (disabled rooms, vegetarian meals etc) are met sympathetically but we cannot guarantee that they can be accommodated or be held liable if they are not supplied. All Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis with the closest to the centres of activity being allocated first. No room will be more than a short walk from the centre of activities.

Privacy: Both the RSGB and NICE are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We collect the following information:

• Name and address, callsign if applicable
• Contact information including email address and telephone number
• Website usage data
• Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
• Credit card and other e-payment details

The data gathered by this site is used to:

• Take and fulfil customer orders
• Internal record keeping and legal obligations
• Administer and enhance the site and service
• Disclose information to third-parties for order fulfilment

The RSGB and NICE holds this data for the specified usage only and does not use the data for any other purpose than that it was supplied for. The RSGB and NICE will not sell this database to any third parties and does not solicit orders from data held on this site.
